Bring your stalled AI project. Leave with a diagnosis and a plan.
A 2.5-hour working session for healthcare leaders and operators. Bring one real AI adoption problem and work it through two lenses at once, behavioral and operational, alongside people facing the same thing at other organizations.
Trust & Traction Workshop (virtual)
Jointly facilitated by Jodi Stewart (eMBA) and Eugene Chan (PhD)
Tuesday, December 1, 1 pm to 3:30 pm ET
$199 USD credited towards follow-on diagnostic or evaluation
Most AI pilots pass procurement. Few survive contact with the people who have to use them.
Adoption stalls for reasons that rarely show up in a vendor demo: a tool people quietly route around, documentation nobody trusts enough to act on, a pilot that technically works but that almost nobody actually uses. Another training session won't fix a trust problem. A diagnosis will.
What You Leave With
-
A Working Diagnosis
Not a guess. Your specific case, run through both lenses, in the room, with two other facilitators and a small group working it alongside you.
-
A Draft Plan
One behavioral move, one operational move, and one metric to track it, challenged by a partner before you leave.
-
A Case Snapshot
A one-page summary of your case and next steps, in your inbox within 48 hours.
-
A Debrief, Booked
A 30-minute 1:1 with Eugene and Jodi, scheduled before you log off, not left for you to chase down later.
How the 2.5 Hours Work
-
Step 1 — Two lenses, taught together
Ground rules, then the AI Trust Axis and the operational lens, back to back. You leave this block with a sharpened, one-sentence problem statement for your own case.
-
Step 2 — Case clinics
Groups of four. Each case gets diagnosed through both lenses, with two concrete next moves and one metric named by the end.
-
Step 3 — Plan and close
Plans get challenged by a partner, patterns get shared across the room, and your Case Snapshot and 1:1 debrief get booked before you go.
Who It’s For
-
For healthcare leaders and operators with a stalled AI effort.
This is built for people who already have a real case in mind: a pilot that stalled, a tool nobody trusts, a workflow where adoption never caught on. You want an outside diagnosis, not another training session.
Pre-work note: A short Case Canvas is due one week before the session, so the room's time goes to diagnosis, not writing. Seats are confirmed once it's submitted.
