Events & Webinars

Behavieural hosts webinars and events for people who want to understand the behavioral side of AI, trust, and organizational decision-making. They are built around the same question as the research and advisory work: why people and organizations behave as they do when new technology, new rules, or new pressures arrive, and what to do about it. Sessions draw on original research and real examples, and they focus on practical takeaways, not theory for its own sake.

Formats vary through te year and may include live webinars, panel discussions with invited experts, research briefings, and workshops. Topics change with the season and with what organizations are struggling with at the time, such as AI adoption and governance, oversight and accountability, and consumer and organizational trust. Sessions are open to leaders and practitioners across industries, with particular relevance for those working in regulated or high-stakes settings.

  • Recognized and Trusted: Two Recognition Gaps in the AI Era

Wednesday October 28, 12 to 1 pm ET

Co-hosted with Jenece Jones, MBA (Significant Beginnings).

Qualified people can go unrecognized. Working AI can go untrusted. Join us for a free virtual session exploring two overlooked recognition gaps facing healthcare organizations today — one affecting who gets seen and hired, the other affecting whether AI is trusted and used once it's already at work. Walk away with a clearer view of both, and what it means for leading through AI-driven change.

  • Higher Ed AI Governance Lab

Wednesday November 4, 12 to 1 pm EST

Co-hosted with Susan Diaz (Northlight AI).

Governance Lab is a free virtual lunch-and-learn for higher-education leaders navigating AI governance, academic integrity, and institutional risk. This informal session brings together academic, legal, IT, administrative, and student-success perspectives to talk through where AI policy and AI practice are diverging on campus — and what institutions are actually doing about it. No pitch, no homework: just a candid conversation among peers facing the same gap.

  • The Behavioral Blind Spot in Every AI Deployment

Tuesday November 10, 2 to 2:45 pm EST

A free 45-minute live session for the people who own AI adoption outcomes and have started to suspect the technology isn't the problem. The pilot worked. Utilization reports looked fine. Then the workarounds appeared, the overrides crept up, and the tool quietly became something people route around. Drawing on behavioral economics and organizational research, this session covers the dynamics that show up after AI enters a real workflow, the ones utilization dashboards and governance frameworks miss. You'll leave able to name what you're already watching happen, with a framework for diagnosing the human side of a stalled rollout. Everyone who attends gets a complimentary behavioral diagnostic and a 15-minute private debrief on their own results.

  • From Alignment to Adoption: Closing the Gap Between Leadership Intent and Frontline Behavior

Tuesday November 17, 1 to 2 pm EST

Co-hosted with Charlie Buehler-Hoard, EdD (Northline Strategy).

Many leadership teams believe they are aligned on AI. The strategy is approved, the priorities are written down, and the meeting ended in agreement. Months later, departments are pursuing loosely connected initiatives, decision rights are unclear, and the people doing the work are using AI in ways leadership never intended. The agreement was real in the room. It simply never became shared behavior.

In this FREE working session, we look at the gap from both sides. Charlie explains what genuine leadership alignment requires: shared risk tolerance, clear decision rights, and consensus that holds up in decisions made after the meeting. Eugene then asks whether that alignment reaches the front line. He introduces the five dimensions of the AI Trust Axis and three simple tests you can run in your own organization, with no special tools, to see where intent and behavior diverge.

You will leave with a one-page takeaway containing a practical tool from each presenter, access to a short assessment, and a way to read your results. The hour ends with a joint case walkthrough and live Q&A.
